All four of our shipping options include a tracking number, signature on delivery, and a photo for proof of delivery. You can also send as many pairs of sneakers as you like under a single shipping label, making the process even more convenient.

Return shipping is paid at checkout, and we aim to deliver all parcels within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our team.

At Snkrehab, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our services are tailored to each individual pair of sneakers, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you're unhappy with the results, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your sneakers. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, offer further cleaning or restoration free of charge.
