Products & Services:
Snkrehab Limited provides sneaker cleaning and restoration services, as well as sneaker-related products, including cleaning kits, shoe trees, and crease protectors. 
Disclaimer: Customers should seek professional advice before cleaning delicate materials like suede, nubuck, or other specialty materials. If unsure, they can contact us for guidance. Snkrehab is not liable for any damages caused by self-cleaning attempts using our products or improper application. Customers assume responsibility when using our cleaning kits on their own sneakers.
Payments & Pricing:
We accept all major payment methods except Klarna. Payment for sneaker cleaning services must be made upfront. All sneaker cleaning services are estimated, and additional treatments may be required to achieve the best possible results. Any additional work will only proceed after obtaining customer confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery:
For Sneaker Cleaning Services: We are partnered with DPD for all shipping services. Customers can send their sneakers to us via: DPD QR code, DPD Print in Shop, DPD Print at Home and DPD Home Collection. All sneakers are returned via DPD next-day delivery. Parcels sent to and from Snkrehab are insured up to £150 by default, with an option to upgrade to £1000 insurance for an additional £7. If a package is lost in transit and it was not Snkrehab's fault, we cannot refund the client's shoes. However, we will assist in claiming compensation through DPD.

For Product Orders: We ship products via Royal Mail 24-hour tracked and 48-hour tracked services. Next-day delivery for products is available via DPD. We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working to expand this service soon. Tracking details are provided for both sneaker cleaning services and product orders. DPD provides a one-hour delivery time slot notification via text.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted on cleaning kits only if the item is faulty or unused. Customers have 14 days to return an eligible product. For sneaker cleaning services, if a customer is unsatisfied, we can either:Redo the service or Offer a partial refund where applicable. Snkrehab covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Sneaker Cleaning Service Terms

Customers must agree to the terms and service before booking. If any damage occurs due to our cleaning process, we will offer refunds where appropriate.Sneakers left unclaimed for over 50 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs. We accept all types of materials for cleaning and restoration services.

Privacy & Data Protection
We respect customer privacy and handle personal data securely. When using our website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, we may collect necessary information, including name, email, phone number, and payment details.
Data Usage:To process orders and provide customer support. To communicate regarding services and promotions (with customer consent). To improve our website and service offerings.

Data Security: Payment details are not stored by us but are securely handled by third-party payment providers.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share customer data, except for necessary partners (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail) to fulfill orders.

Customer Rights: Customers can request access to their data, request corrections, or opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All content, logos, images, product descriptions, and materials on our website are owned by Snkrehab Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited. Reselling our products: Only authorized retailers may resell Snkrehab products. Legal & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. If disputes arise, we encourage customers to contact us first for resolution. If necessary, disputes may be settled through: Mediation or arbitration and Legal claims through the Small Claims Court in the UK.

Liability Disclaimer:

Snkrehab Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, delays).

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of our cleaning products. Customers should follow all usage instructions.

While we take the utmost care in cleaning sneakers, we cannot guarantee a full restoration, especially for delicate or severely damaged materials.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.
