I started cleaning sneakers from my kitchen. Over 10,000 pairs later, we’ve been named Shoe Repair Service of the Year two years running. That only happened because people trusted us with their pairs.
Today we restore pairs for customers right across the UK, whether they visit our shop, book a collection or use our nationwide postal service. We also buy and sell authentic pre-owned designer sneakers at a fraction of retail, and make our own professional-grade care products so you can keep your pairs fresh at home.

How do I book?
Book online in about a minute with Get a rehab. You can also DM us on Instagram or contact us by phone or email.
How do I get my shoes to you?
Send your pair with a DPD QR code from your nearest DPD drop-off point, anywhere in the UK. Local customers can also drop in at our Hertfordshire shop.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Yes, for local postcodes, for a small extra fee. Enter your postcode before checkout to see if it’s available, then choose it at checkout.
How long does it take?
Cleaning takes 5 to 7 days and restorations 7 to 10, depending on the service and the condition of your pair. We’ll give you an estimate when you book.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Money back, or we go again until you are. Every service, every time.
How will I know where my pair is?
DPD sends automatic updates once your pair is on its way, whether posted or collected. We return it with DPD too, with a one-hour delivery window on a set day. While it’s with us we’ll keep you updated, and you can contact us any time.
How can I pay?
Online we take credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (pay in 3). In store you can also pay by bank transfer or cash.
